When purchasing the BannersGo1Up program, you are purchasing a software package with our program where the actual software is downloaded electronically. Because of this fact, when making a purchase with the BannersGo1Up program it is important that you understand that there is a NO REFUND POLICY on your purchase of any software involved with our program.

AGE Limit

You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through Alertpay instantly. You must have "business" or "personal pro" Alertpay account. It`s free.

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 account. There is no reason to create multiple accounts.

Posting Text Ads
- You agree that any ad posts that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or other inappropriate sites will be DELETED and that your account will be deleted without refund.
- You agree that no ad posts will promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all ad posts will be fully compliant with federal and state laws.
- You agree to no racist or hateful ads.
- You agree to only have links in ad posts that point to other html web pages. You agree to have no links to e-books, downloads, zip files, mp3’s etc.
- You agree to only use text and images.
- You agree that your ads contain no Java script, DHTML or Popups, Audio/video may be included.
- You agree not to include profanity in your ad posts.
- You agree that any form of misleading readers will not be tolerated.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails!

If your contact email address bounces or send backs BannersGo1Up message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account blocked.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of BannersGo1Up. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold BannersGo1Up liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you pay for your lifetime membership, you cannot get a refund. By joining and paying for any paid portion of BannersGo1Up, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

SPAM
BannersGo1Up has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

Sending unsolicited email messages (spam). If you participate in spamming the BannersGo1Up program you will be terminated! Members caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program will have their accounts terminated immediately, and may be prosecuted for their actions. We will investigate all allegations before taking action.

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions forBannersGo1Up in emails.

To falsify user information provided to BannersGo1Up or to other users of the service in connection with BannersGo1Up, or any of it's other sites.

To use the BannersGo1Up name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.

BannersGo1Up considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by BannersGo1Up terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit BannersGo1Up actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

BannersGo1Up reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, BannersGo1Up reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

If spending any amount of money in joining BannersGo1Up would cause financial stress or hardship, it is advised that you do not join this program since no refunds can be given under any circumstances.

As in any case you should always seek the advice of a professional and competent tax, accounting or legal advisor before starting any business.

In joining BannersGo1Up, you understand that there is work involved with the program. You further understand that materials are provided for you within the program but they should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income or earnings. You understand that only the materials for this program are provided by Force One Events, and that each independent website owner is responsible for their own individual business. These materials are provided to you on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. BannersGo1Up. does not guarantee or warrant that any materials or software involved with the IPC program are error free, will be uninterrupted, will not contain defects, are free of viruses or any other type of harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall BannersGo1Up. be held liable for any damages including but not limited to negligence or loss of income resulting from the use or the inability to use the BannersGo1Up program materials, website or software package that are involved with the program.

All materials involved with our program including but not limited to text, images and software may not be copied, modified, distributed or transmitted in any way without the permission of BannersGo1Up. as these materials are protected under Copyright laws. Any individual involved in hijacking or publishing any materials involved with the IPC program without proper purchase or permission will be held liable for damages and will be prosecuted including reasonable attorney's fees.

When purchasing BannersGo1Up you understand that you also receive a reseller's certificate which allows you to resell the software package within the BannersGo1Up program. You understand that you get paid directly for your sales and you must have an AlertPay account to accept payments for your sales. Instructions are provided within our member's area to assist you in setting up these accounts to accept payments.

Proof of purchase is required for the BannersGo1Up program and any unauthorized accounts will be terminated immediately without notice. You agree not to make any claims regarding sales or income unless you have proof to support such claims.

You further understand that all payments will be made directly to through your selected payment processor and that any problems concerning the payment processors you select to use with the BannersGo1Up program will be handled between you and the payment processors

When joining the BannersGo1Up program you understand that your membership doesn’t not constitute a partnership or employee relationship of any type and your are responsible for your own income and taxes which you directly produce with the BannersGo1Up program.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
